Refund policy

MW Crystal House offer refund or replacement for any damaged or broken item/s received. All return or refund requests must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery of item/s.

For any 'Change of Mind' return, the item must be returned in it's original state with a tracking number. A 20% administrative fee will apply.
